Gift Vouchers T&Cs

Terms & Conditions

1. Validity

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The voucher must be redeemed in full and is valid for one photo shoot session

2. Redemption

• To redeem a voucher, the recipient must agree a mutually convenent date with the studio
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be exchanged for any other form of payment.

3. Booking

• A minimum 2 weeks notice is required for booking a photo shoot using the gift voucher.
• Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
• Rescheduling or cancellation of a booking may incur additional charges.
• We require 7 days of a cancellation or rescheduling. Charges will apply failing this

4. Services Covered

• The gift voucher can only be used for the photo shoot service for which it is purchased
• The gift voucher amount cannot be used towards the purchase of prints or products unless advised otherwise by a manager

5. Limitations

• The voucher can only be used by the recipient and is non-transferable.
• The gift voucher is not valid for special promotions, offers, or third-party services.
• If the cost of the photo shoot exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference.

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced. Please treat your gift voucher as cash.

7. Transferability

• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

8. Refunds

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. No cash or credit will be given in place of a voucher.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the gift voucher at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect vouchers already purchased.

10. Liability

• Our Highgate studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of the gift voucher.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England UK
